Renaissance Colorado is committed to supporting the Fair Housing Act, prohibiting discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, national origin, handicap or familiar status. The following qualification standards will be required from every prospective resident.
Each occupant of any rental shall be named on the lease. All occupants over the age of 18 will submit an application and must meet all criteria specified for the primary applicant. The maximum allowable occupants per unit is 2 individuals per bedroom.
Income should be three times the rent, depending on monthly debt. All applicants will be required to provide written proof that substantiates their income. Such proof will include written verification from employers and/or other income.
The Security Deposit will vary; however, it customarily equal to the cost of the monthly rent amount.
Tenants are responsible for putting all utilities in their own name.

All pets must be approved by management. Authorized pets will be charged a Pet Deposit, based on their size and breed.
ALL UNITS SMOKE FREE: Residents and their guests are NOT permitted to smoke (tobacco and/or marijuana products) anywhere on the property grounds. Use of Incense and/or Vaping is also prohibited.
